These reports include the Directors report as well as externally audited financial statements. For the year ending 31st December 2015, these statements are presented under Financial Reporting Standards 102 (FRS 102) issued by the Financial Reporting Council.
This change has been adopted in order to comply with the requirements of the Companies Act 2014.
